Look what I can do.

It's Black Friday, and yes, I went shopping. That being said, I think now is a good time to clarify the specifics of what Swearing off Shopping (or SOS) really means for me. Here is a sample list of things I did not swear off shopping for:

1. a house
2. flannel sheets
3. dog treats
4. small appliances
5. jewelery
6. home decor
7. cosmetics
8. gifts for other people (including clothes)
9. soup
10. cold weather accessories

And here is a list of everything I did Swear off Shopping for:

1. Tops: sweaters, blouses, tanks, T's, cardigans, blazers, & sweatshirts
2. Bottoms: pants, shorts, skirts, leggings, jeans, pajama jeans, corduroys & trousers
3. Other: dresses, jumpers, rompers, one piece snowsuits, footed pajamas, pajamas of any kind, & swimsuits

It has been 49 days since my last clothing purchase.
