Day 55

I'm not really sure what's happening here with that look on my face, but can we just take a second to talk about how amazing it is to have Hunter boots on a snowy, slushy day like this one? Ah-mazing. Walking through the wet slushy mess that is Colorado snow today actually made me giddy. Seriously, go buy yourself a pair. If you live anywhere where it snows, ever, you legitimately need them.

Mine are aubergine in color, which you really can't tell from my ridiculous picture.

If you just had to google image search "aubergine" to figure out what color it is... Eggplants. Am I right?  Also, as an early childhood professional, I encourage you to continue to work on improving your color recognition skills beyond the basics you learned in kindergarten. Maybe learn to identify colors like a grown up.
