Day 139

The lack of purple evident in my Hunter boots in pictures drives me bonks.  Also, my face sans a smile isn't so good either. I'll work on it... but I'm only giving it like 10% effort. The other 90% is going toward convincing myself that it's worth it to keep doing this whole not shopping and blogging about it daily thing. Thanks to those of you who "follow", comment, and take the time to click one of those little reaction boxes at the bottom of each post... it does make me a little more motivated and a little less annoyed with my husband for suggesting I do this - your feedback is probably saving a marriage. For that, I'm sure karma will reward you. If it's with money, maybe you could consider buying me a gift card.

As for you "Hey Cassie. I can't figure out how to join your site" people... it's that rectangular blue button directly to the right of the the first post at the top. I know you are smarter than you're acting when you tell me that with your words. I'm talking to you. Yes, you. The one reading my banter at this very second who has not "joined" Swearing off Shopping. How on earth do you expect me to get noticed by Ellen or Good Morning America with only 56 followers? Be better. I don't think that's asking too much.
